When Massimo Lisi joined the family business, he wanted
to create another exciting element to the restaurant and liven up the bar with fantastic cocktails.
A member
of the UK Bartenders Guild, Massimo is justifiably proud to be accredited with creating exotic and original cocktails which
have gone on to win him top international titles.
Massimo regularly introduces new flavours to the L'Aperitif
cocktail menu including his recent Oreo cookies concoction.
